genbee is a live voice tutor guided by a knowledge map: it always knows what each learner has secured and what they are ready for next.

First session in three steps

• Sign in with the adult Microsoft account on Account and add a learner profile for each child.
• Open Learn, pick a subject, and choose the suggested lesson — the map keeps everyone at their frontier.
• Pick a tutor voice and start talking. Headphones help younger learners focus.

Learners join on their own devices with a sign-in link you create from the Account page — they never need your Microsoft password.

One credit is 5 minutes of active tutoring. Only connected learning time counts — browsing the catalog or reading reports is free.

Where credits come from

• Your monthly plan includes a credit reserve (see Plans).
• Credit packs top it up any time; Microsoft bills them with your subscription.
• Lesson and course unlocks include their own tutor-minute allowance.

Use Plans to upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Nothing changes until you confirm.

Two kinds of refunds, two paths:

• Credit charges (tutor time, lesson or course unlocks, games, assessments): ask the assistant below within 30 days. Credits return to your reserve; refunding an unlock removes it.
• Money charged by Microsoft (monthly plan fees, credit packs): handled by Microsoft account support under Marketplace terms.

Refunded credits appear instantly in your balance on the Account page.

Every session updates the learner's knowledge map. The learning dashboard shows each learner's subjects, and each learner has a printable report of time, rhythm, and sticking points.

The assistant below can answer the same questions conversationally — "how is Maya doing in biology?", "chart this week's tutoring minutes" — using your account's live data.

Learners never see age labels; the tutor calibrates privately. Guardian consent is required before sessions, and you stay in control of the data:

• Download your available account and learning data from the Account page at any time.
• Account deletion removes or de-identifies account data, subject to the limited safety, legal, and security retention described in the Privacy Policy.
• The help assistant sees only your signed-in account, and money never moves without your confirmation.
